Orders

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, production has started. Email hello@inkambu.com as quickly as possible and we'll do what we can.

Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Production typically takes 2-5 business days before shipping.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship from the US, EU, or UK fulfillment center closest to you. US orders arrive in 5-9 business days. EU and UK orders take 3-7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide.

Products

What are the hats made of?

Most of our hats are 100% cotton. Styles marked as organic cotton use OCS-certified organic cotton, which is noted in each product description.

Are the hats adjustable?

Yes. All our hats have an adjustable closure, either a strap or snapback depending on the style.

Returns

Can I return or exchange my hat?

Because every hat is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges. If something arrives damaged or defective, email hello@inkambu.com within 7 days and we'll sort it out.
