Shipping

All orders are produced and shipped via Printful from their US, EU, or UK fulfillment center, whichever is closest to you.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 5-9 business days
• Europe: 3-7 business days
• United Kingdom: 3-7 business days
• Rest of world: 10-20 business days

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Returns

Because every hat is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges. If your hat arrives damaged or with a production defect, email us at hello@inkambu.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right, either a resend or a full refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, production has started. Email hello@inkambu.com as quickly as possible if you need to cancel and we'll do what we can.
